Computer Starts nothing happens?

I was playing an online game when my computer froze up started to beep and shut down on me. When I proceeded to turn it back on the hard drives, fans and lights all turn on. The monitor turns on for a sec to a black screen and just goes to sleep and there are no lights on my mouse and keyboard. I air dusted everything out, pulled the ram and tried switching 3d cards and have had no success. I would appreciate any help. Thank You!
