i no, but thats all we got to go by. But it makes sense, intel wouldnt release two chipsets if the x48/38 didn't have a advantage over the other. they want money

Well yeah, it does have an advantage, but the question is, how much of an advantage is it and is it worth the money. I tend to think its not.

x48s were just binned to be guaranteed to 400fsb.....

However, many X38s clock just as well if not higher.
