Yea that's sending me to the same page I was on. Now there are a lot of options, Bios History and Bios utilties seem like the most likely bet. THen however, there are different options under there, not sure which one to downlaod.

okay, first download the latest bios utility.
then, download the latest bios.
install the utility, then use it to flash the bios from its saved location.
presto-chango, new bios!
