Not the Zipped folder. The ISO file. It is a Image file. Extract the Zip archive to get the ISO and burn the ISO.

I misunderstood you, I thought you meant to burn the zip file.......I did burn the iso.

Anyways....there must have been an error or something because it wouldn't work. I burned it again and it worked. memtest86 didn't find any errors.

Yes, it posts....it just restarts the computer after it gets to the Windows Error Recovery screen and I make a selection.

I am thinking it has to be the motherboard, because the memory and hard drive are fine and CPU temps are 35*C.

Try a restore point first. See if you get any luck with that.

How do you restore without getting in windows?

I don't know if that will help.....I get the same restart when I put the Vista CD in. It load the first initial files and then restarts. I don't have an option to do anything.

Yeah.....but like I said it restarts before it would even get to that option.

Again.....all I can do is enter the BIOS. The HDD shows up in the BIOS, and it know Vista is on the HDD......but it will restart whether I boot from the Hard Drive or DVD.
