You will need another PSU. The requirements for the 9600GT are 400w and 26A on the 12 volt rails. You have 350w, and 23a which isnt enough. Not to mention if its an overclocked card...

well would a Corsair (CMPSU-650TX) do the job. haha
im still questioning if i want to spend more then 150$ on a video card.

i hope newegg canada comes soon before the end of the year, i might just wait to order from them

ok so this ive made some decisions.
my lcd monitor can wait until the holidays come by.

as for now ill be ordering from ncix in a few days.
for the graphics it will be :BFG GeForce 9600GT OC 675MHZ 512MB 1.8GHZ DDR3 PCI-E Dual DVI-I HDTV Out Video Card

and for psu: either OCZ StealthXStream 600W ATX12V 20/24PIN Active PFC ATX Power Supply 120MM Fan Black
or Coolermaster Extreme Power 500W ATX 12V V2.01 Silent Power Supply 20/24PIN 120MM Fan.
