Im stuck on which GPU i should get advice?

I'd go with the 4870 it preforms about the same and should be a lot cheaper

Ive heard the 4870 have had alot of issues with heat and that the comp freezes in games and dies. I play wow alot so i do not wanna be frozen in the middle of a important raid ive heard that u can tweek the fan to increase speed to lower temps but is that easy or is it going to be hard?

That's the HD 4850... and there is a Fan Hack which is easy to do (Youtube it)...

The heat issues were caused by AMD putting a low default fan speed

imo a x38 and and 4870 is the way to go. ATI cards are great with AA aswell, not that its gonna matter too much at your res. but still..
