Why such a high end motherboard/cpu but you're slacking on the actual video performance and an aftermarket cooler?

Go with a Biostar P45 motherboard. It will save you tons and still have 2x PCI-E x16 2.0 slots for Crossfire. Also, what do the E8600's go for these days? Regardless, if you are getting an aftermarket cooler, that means overclocking. Just get an E8500 or even E8400 and overclock it. Then use the extra money for that second HD 4850.

Drop the seagate 500gb and pick up a WD640AAKS, faster, roughly same price. Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives
Drop the Antec 650PSU and get a Corsair 750TX, cheaper, more efficient. Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies
Drop the dominators as they are expensive as (hot place) and get some some Gskil ddr2 1000mhz memory. Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1000 (PC2 8000) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
Drop the 4850 and get a 4870 or GTX 260.
The ddr3 and rampage extreme is a waste.

Also another solid mobo choice Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards I picked one up over the weekend when i though my rampage had died. Decent board for the price.

The Antec 650PSU is at $69.99 right now
ill get that ram has good reviews little worried about the Brand tho

i wont be oc for now so no need for the aftermarket cooler ??

I suggest a different case if you are bothered about wire management because the antec 900 really sucks when it comes to being tidy, but it does cool well.

Wire management is mostly based on the person's skill and the case is just an extension of one's creativity.

The P45 chipset provides two PCI-E x16 electrical slots; however, they run in x8 mode when crossfire is enabled.

E8600 are great to have but pricey for a dual core. E8500 can be had for cheap. You should be able to run the 8500 @ 4ghz. Get a HDT type cooler
