installing new bios?

could someone tell me how this is done please, i got the latest driver for my asus m2n32 prof and i am unsure on how to go about installing it, i have no floppy drive btw

do you have a usb drive? You can use Asus EZ flash within bios

yes i do a 2 gig memory stick, how is this done please?
