I am overclocking my e7300, the multiplier is only 10 so I don't think i am going to have a 5GHz clock, so those G-Skill Sticks will be good?

"only 10" i found that pretty comical. Seeing as most chips have 7 and 8 multis these days.

Well my old celeron had a multiplier of 17, and this is my second time overclocking if you count the stuff I did to that crap celeron.

I found out that it can go from 6-10 today.

EDIT: So do you think I will be able to hit 4GHz with the RAM I have now? I have no desire to have the fastest system and 4GHz would be plenty for me.

I don't think there is a performance gain after around 3.4ghz, unless your talking benchmarks.
