(Not sure if I made the list public the right way, if it doesn't work tell me)

But an ITX system for $200? Would be good for strapping to the side of a projector, TV, putting in your car, running a mame machine, or alot of other things.

PCs are getting cheaper and cheapter to build- its great.

Edit: Updated. I think can be viewed this time.

I toyed around on the dell site and the cheapest I could get any of their Optiplex Mini systems down to was over $600.

Non-Gamers, Non-Video/Audio Editors, Non-Cad-users, Non-hobbyists, Non-Overclockers don't really need a fast CPU. The CPU is outrageously overrated by average users I think. Most Office/Home PCs that I've seen that are slow are not because of a slow CPU, its because of:

1. Bloated Software.

2. Far too little Ram to effectively run the OS.

3. Bloated Software.

4. Spyware/Malware.

5. Bloated Software.

6. What CPU there is being eaten up by, you guessed it:

7. Bloated Software, that

8. Runs in the background keep your CPU use way above what it should be because its:

9. Bloated Software on a:

10. Bloated Operating System.
