For the Socket 939 line up of boards Asus doesn't provide any recpvery cd. If you lack a floppy there is however a method for creating a bootable cd with the flash tool.
If you find the eprom soldered on and are unable to see a successful reflash the option would be shipping the board in and simply specifying the bios version you want flashed onto the eprom. For ordering a new chip Asus will ask right off which version you want on it. They will flash the bios for you once that is specified.
