9800gtx+ or HD 4850/70?

I hear folding all the time and it confuses me :]

This threads great since there's so much great feedback, when I get a card I'm going 4870

What kind of power supply does it need (considering if he has a stock)

I got 700 watts for mine

Im sure an Antec Earthwatts 380w can run it, since it runs two oc'd
8800GT's in my secondary system.

its my dedicated folding system, i dont run them in SLI.

But yes, 8800GT SLI re pretty powerful, not quite a GTX 260 but up there.
