Hint: Never buy OEM mother boards. Their warranty isn't great and it always results in spending the difference between OEM and retail on the cables.

Can you link us to this?

Also, what is the power supply, motherboard, or brand of these components?

With my distributor, I would probably make something just like this for quite a bit less ($30ish range, perhaps).

A standard computer with an Athlon 64 X2 4600+, biostar mobo with onboard video and a PCI-E slot, 2gb Super Talent S-Rigid, 320GB HDD, 400W PSU, and OS is only like $350ish.... but with Shipping costs the savings would be null. Whoever said something about bulk buying is right. The way these big corps do it is buy in huge bulk orders of thousands of pieces. I use the same distributor as Dell, HP, Gateway, TigerDirect, etc. and if I were to buy 100pcs of 2GB Ram, I'd save $2 per stick. Now imagine Dell's usage plus a 2% discount for using cash, and they could easily buy 1000pc at a time, which means they would probably save $5-6 per stick of ram, which would be $5000-6000 more profit.

This system is slightly more expensive but will be allot better at gaming and includes an os. It comes to $683 before mail in rebates.

Also you could get HD 2600xt for the gpu which is significantly slower than the HD 4670 but should still be enough.

Puddle Jumpers build is probably the best you'll get at that price. Really decent price due to the fact it includes a 19" widescreen.
