Biostar or Asus MB

Im torn between these two boards.. which do you guys think is better :

I have the Biostar TP45, the model below the I45 and I love it. You can get really high fsbs with the biostar p45s.

The only question I have is do you think the sata's will be almost unusable because i am getting a Newegg.com - EVGA 01G-P3-N891-AR GeForce 9800 GX2 1GB (512MB per GPU) 512-bit (256-bit per GPU) GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards which is a fairly large card. And looking at the placement of the sata's I could see that as being a possible problem. Any ideas?

No. I have a 4850 which is fairly long. The satas aren't exactly easy to get to but they aren't covered up. I would just plug in the satas first and then seat the video card.

So overall would you say that the biostar board would be better than the asus to make a better system (here are my other components I am getting):

Well for general performance and feature set they are roughly the same. I know a lot of users like the P5 and a lot of users like the I45. I'm speaking from experience. With a wolfdale the I45 has the world record fsb.

like matt says, they are both nice boards. i have the deluxe and it rips **** up.
better cooling IMO on the deluxe, and its definitely prettier (sorry, z...).
if you go with the biostar and the reapers there is a combo deal on newegg.

If you plan on buying 2 processors.. i don't know what you'd do with 1 of them! lol you can mail it to me i guess.

LOL no I wouldn't buy two it was a trough up still btw the e8500 and the q6600 but I think I should go with the e8500 as I am a baker and that's what you guys have recommended as the best for that
