I am building what pricewise would be a budget gaming rig, here are the specs.

Intel Core 2 E8500 3.16GHz
2x2GB DDR2 1066 RAM
Sound Blaster X-Fi Gamer Edition
RaidMax 630watt psu SLI/CF certified
PNY Geforce 260GTX 896mb 448bit
Vista 64bit home premium

I play on a 19" 5ms LCD @ 1400x900 resolution

First off, considering the specs i provided i am wondering what kind of performance in terms of FPS i can get for the following games. Preferably on max settings if possible.

Counterstrike Source
Call of Duty 4
Crysis
Flight simulator X

Also with the 630 watt psu, does that have enough juice to run 2 260gtxs if i in the future decided to run SLI?

You did not post a motherboard. I recommend the Biostar TP45HP which is a great board for the money.

Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP45HP LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Raidmax psu's are low quality and are not recommended. I would go with a Corsair 650tx.

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

I would change the video card to a hD 4870 which is faster than the GTX 260 and will have no problem maxing out any of those games except maybe Crysis at 1440x900. The motherboard I suggested supports crossfire so you could add a second one in the future.

Newegg.com - VisionTek 900244 Radeon HD 4870 512MB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

You could actually get by with a HD 4850 at that resolution if you want to save some money.

the mobo you posted is actually the one that i bought. Also the 260gtx is far supperior to the 4850 that you suggested so i think not on that one. Also the 260gtx im getting is $50 cheaper then the 4870 and gives near the same performance as i've seen in numorous benchmarks.

Obviously im not gonna find a benchmark for all my specific components, but do you think, with the components i listed i could get 30-40fps avg on crysis Very high with no AA or vsync.

Please don't ask questions that you then answer yourself. Puddle is making valid suggestions. With 1400x900 resolution you wouldn't get the performance difference that's worth buying a GTX 260 over a 4850. Personally I think Crysis looks better on High with 4x AA in which the 4850 would perform better in.
