Final Stage! Need Computer Parts Reccommendations!

Alright, basically in the past week I've started from looking at the major computer companies, to custom computer sites, to now (ordering separate parts). I'm not necessarily doing it myself, as my parents are shaky on that, but our computer guy is offering to put it together for $80. And I figured that beats both the major companies and custom computer companies.

The budget is roughly around $800, and I'd like to play modern computer games so I'd like a good graphics card. And preferably parts that will give it a longer lasting value for the future? (Such as quad vs. duo, as I heard quad will be needed more in the future... if that's true)

Here's my build so far, please leave your suggestions if you have any! :-D

Oh, and I also wont be overclocking, so idk if that changes your recommendations but I thought I'd throw that out there.

Id say the same as Vern, especially that BioStar mobo, id maybe go with the 2.8ghz Quad if that falls within that budget, if not the E7200 is good. Other that that the Corsair 750TX is good for the PSU. Then that should be good.

Well not the PSU, get the 750tx or 650tx from Buy.com

Why does that build require something as good as the corsair power supply? My vote is to save 50 bucks and get a cheaper one that will work just as well. At the very least, don't get the 750tx. It seems too overkill for what you want; at most get the 650tx.
