Does it reboot with an error report??

You can d/l the event log viewer, and it'll tell you.... sorta what the failed diver is.

thanks so much for all your help guys you have been unreal!!!,
I managed to fix teh problem (one stick of ram wasnt seated properly lol) i wouldnt of ever looked to even check that! thank you all so much
