quick question about a heatsink

Newegg.com has some AWESOME memory deals! Check out the 512mb (x1 ) PC-3200 stick w/heatsink for $83 (I think). I love that place. You could also make due with getting the cheapest PC-3200 512mb (x1) they have and get a cheap memory heatsink too, just be sure the warranty is good.

i got my heatsink, the coolmaster jet 4 and I installed it, but im not sure if i installed it correctly. I can either have the fun point up or point down, the instrutions don't say what way to have the fan pointing, i have it pointing up. Is that right?

it makes no difference, but you want to make sure that it can suck air through because if its facing up its near the PSU, and wont be able to suck air in as efficiently.
