corsair 650w - SLI 7600GTX or 9800GTX

My psu is starting make strange sound ( high and low speed), so I planning to get a
Corsair 650W.

My rig specification is below:

AMD X2 3800+
3GB RAM
2x HDs total 600GB
M2N32 SLI deluxe
Creative audigy
2 optical drives + 1 audio controller
1x universal reader ( floopy, Sd cards reader)
XFX 7600GTX


If i plan to get a 9800GTX, is corsair 650W enough to handle my power ?


another question: should I SLI my 7600GTX or i should get a new 9800GTX?

1. The 450vx would be enough to handle a 9800GTX, unless you planning on SLI'ing 2x 9800GTX's then the 550vx would be sufficient.

2. Go for the 9800GTX, though your CPU would be a bottleneck.
