noise with my themaltake tsunami

My rig specifications:

AMD X2 3800+
3GB RAM
2x HDs total 600GB
M2N32 SLI deluxe
Creative audigy
2 optical drives + 1 audio controller
1x universal reader ( floopy, Sd cards reader)
XFX 7600GTX
Themaltake Tsunami

The case is good but it is noisy. together with my 500W psu , they sound like a small factory.
Is there anything i can do to reduce the noise from the case? like damping sticker.. or something

There are PSU sound dampeners that you can buy from any place that sells basic modding equipment. Your case isn't the noisy one it's the fan inside it. Pick up a couple of Vantec Stealth fans and those noise problems will be gone.
