Folder gone missing!!!

Hi all, one of my folders just went missing. i dont know what happened to it. It's a folder in my harddrive.


PLease can someone help me to help me find or understand WHY IT IS GONE!

Alright so the information known is that it is a folder that was being used to download a torrent. But after a restart it is gone? When did you notice that it was gone? After you tried to restart or when you tried to access the files?

If it was gone after a restart when you went to access the files i would wonder if they were real or fakes. To me that sounds like the act of a trojan.
