hey cool thnx i tried the 2.5 lat setting and its workin fine, doubt ill notice any differances lol but at least now i can say my ram is oced.

its not Oced...

ocing would increase the frequency of the ram

EX: DDR400 running at 215mhzx2=430mhz

o, hmm i think i already actually did that though lol, it came set at 100mhz so i thought it was underclocked and bumped it up to 133mhz, cuz i fugured pc133 is suposed to run at 133mhz i dunno if that counts but it might if its really supposed to run at 100mhz...
