Should I upgrade my powersupply?

Its a 500w liberty enermaxx

my system:

e8400 Stock (ill oc soon in the future though.)
8800gt
Raptor, and 2 250gb hdd
CD drive
floppy
7 Fans
4 LED lights


Will my 500w be fine? How about if i Overclock to 5.0ghz with my e8400?

i know its mostly just speculation, but i watned to ask your opinion, first.


also on newegg, what is "bronze certified"

lol... you WON'T oc your e8400 to 5.0 ghz

my e8500 on water only let me go to 4.7 with a ton of voltage and idled at 60c...

reasonable everyday usage would be 4.0ghz
