Got an older p4. The problem is when it boots up it runs the Memtest then just stops running. I noticed the CPU cooler was not locked down and so my guess is that it fried the cpu. Is their any way to test this? I don't have an extra cpu lying around so I cant swap that out. any thoughts or suggestions. Thanks in advance.
Ps. It has a new PSU in it so I don't think it is a PSU issue.
