weird cntrl+alt+delete problem

this is what happens when i press cntrl alt delete. It doesnt give me the task manager, just shows that big cpu usage thing lol. How do I get it back?

All you have to do is double-click the "CPU-Usage" meter and you'll be back to normal! Nice wallpaper by the way.
