Thinking about getting this monitor

my acer 24 is pretty fantastic. i got it for under $250 and so for me, that = better than samsung.

thats the one i have. model number on mine is x243w. dont know what the "d" is for. but i bet they are the same.

^the extra letter usually stands for a slightly different model, such as a different base, that's how it is with samsung anyway. also it is rumored that different versions, such as ones with random letters have cheaper components in them then the original's. But there really is no proof.

Thanks for all the input guys I ended up getting a great deal on a samsung 22" syncmaster
everything is great so far but I think I'll need a new video card, when I run Cod4 in wide screen I lag >.<
