A static wrist strap isn't really needed but since it's $4 it's always nice to have.
The hard drive size is your choice, could always get a bigger one down the line.
Case power supply's aren't usually recommended @ tech forums but i use my case PSU and it's fine. If anything goes wrong and it doesn't boot up then the power supply will probably need changing.
