Seagate Barracuda 80 GB ATA-100 Internal Hard Drive ( ST380011A-RK ) - IDE Hard Drive - Seagate Hard Drive

Need to buy a new HDD....Is it possible to pair a SATA HDD (as secondary) or should I just stick with ATA-100...
Also will this support a Firewire PCI to pair with an external HDD...

Yup, that's right. And in case you missed them, there are about 5 million advertisements for SATA HDD compatible motherboards in between the original post and this one. Holy redundancy and overcrowding Batman!!!
