I need to start playing with my NB voltage and cpu voltage and see if i can get my q6600 stable at less than 1.4v Highest ive had is 1.6v under water and temps were still very much under control. Topped out at 69C with an ambient of 80F. 4ghz stable. But then again, i have one of the better chips out there. 1.2vid. Now that i'm hearing i7 isnt going to be that great for games, i'm really thinking about hopping on an E0 9650

that thread that has info on nehalem benchmark..it says something in the article about it not doing so well in games (but it might be due to early mobo)

that is a real disappointment for me, i had high gaming hopes in the i7. i hope they are alot better then those benchmarks.

I'm willing to bet gaming performance will be loads faster than the current gen.....as said in the article these were all preliminary setups
