Any advice on my build?

So I'm building a new server for where I work. I was thinking a couple different things for each part, so advice would be great.

Case:

Which one is better if price didn't matter, and would the extra $20 be worth it for the Antec 900?

Anything different? This is one of the only ATX dual cpu 771's I could find.

Is the extra clock speed worth it for almost $100 more? I will be running dual quads, so..yeah and I know 2.0ghz is a low clock and all but it'll probably work fine considering theres gonna be 2 quads in there..but what's the best here?

Is this enough power for dual quad core cpu's? I'm only gonna have one hard drive, cd drive, and only a 8600gt.

And is the extra $35 worth it for the Corsair PSU?

Is the whole ECC Fully Buffered whatever a gimmick or is it worth the extra $100 for reliability? And which one would perform better?
-And I don't know if we're running x64 or not, so we're keeping it at 4gb for now..

--Graphics don't really matter here since it's for a server, and this is the best passive I could find for this price.

And were running a $27 sata dvd burner.

Anything I left out or should change completely? We're gonna be getting this pretty soon so advice is appreciated.

BTW: I tried to find a dual socket 775 quad mobo, but I couldnt find anything in 775 except for single quad and dual dual-core. If you've got a better suggestion than socket 771, lemme know.

What's the server for?

It's for small business at an office.

Around $1500 is the max price, and we're only going with 4gb ram because x64 server is pretty expensive. We have a copy of Server 2003 32 bit we're probly gonna use because windows server 2008 x64 or whatever is pretty expensive, even for small businness or standard edition.

Should I start a new thread like $1500 max price, whats the best server setup?

Not seemin to get a lot of responses this way.

I'm not an expert on servers, but unless your doing a huge amount of work on it or getting a lot of webpage hits, then you won't need a xeon.

Web servers run of p4's (i am assuming that it's not a web server though) so you could probably just go with a dual/quad and 4gig ram, if you need a graphics card (which i don't really understand why, is there graphical work being done on it?) you could just go with something like a 3450 or 8400gs.

Small business shouldn't need too much, even if it's expanding.
