Is my power supply enough?

Really, two of them? I thought for SLI needed at least liek 650 watts. Do you guys know is there any way from looking at that if I have 2 6 pin connectors? Cuz I know that that video cards needs two.

Watts don't matter Amps do, it should be more than enough... maybe pushing it for two, but it might be able to do it... It was kind of funny when Ricanflow threw in two 8800gt's in his 380w Antec EA haha

GTX 9800's suck more juice than OCed GT's.

Go ahead and try. I still think hes pushing his luck.

They dont suck 200 watts more.

The full system load even with dual 8800gt's should be around 300, and 9800GTX's dont use 200 watts per card,
or even 200watts more than that with dual cards.

Full system usage with a single 9800GTX+ and a q6600 shows 284watts at the wall here:

Lets say a dual core system like his with a 9800GTX on load is around 250, being generous.

That leaves 250watts of headroom for another card.

These cards really dont use as much power as you would think.

haha wow sweet. but uh, cant do it anyways since I only have 2 6 pin connectors. I'd need 4 for that.

Yeah, you could just use adapters.

Does the psu have an 8pin connector?

I think they make 8 pin to dual 6pin adapters.

I had to use a double molex to 6pin adapter myself, since the psu
only came with one 6pin.
