Sorry, but I have just one more question.

EIDE is the same as ATA or SATA?
And IDE is the same as which one?ATA or SATA?

Thanks again:D

ATA.

SerialATA uses different connections, and is 150Mb/s transfer rate, as apposed to 100 or 133 of ATA

The IDE is embedded on the motherboard that acts as the interface for your hard disk drive. It is often associated with parallel AT Attachment (PATA) or just ATA. EIDE is enhanced IDE, basically faster.

Serial ATA (SATA) enables better cable routing within the computer system by using a one meter (three foot) serial cable that is very thin and flexible. There are other advantages, including the elimination of master/slave issues, elimination of a shared bandwidth, improved airflow, and increased bus speed.

Not a problem.

Yeah, if you look at the specs: IDE: 2x ATA 100 up to 4 Devices. It also supports the following: Onboard SATA/RAID: 2 x Serial ATA by ICH5R, RAID 0/1.

When a spec sheet states IDE, that means EIDE on modern equipment.

ATA 100 is the speed (see Raekwon's post) of the IDE. If you wanted to go with SATA, you could. But if you are on a budget and already have the EIDE device, there shouldn't be any problems with compatibilty.

I your hdd is ATA133, it would just run at 100.
