it isn't. The more power phase the more cooler and stable it will run. 3.2 is nothing anyways. Any board can do that w/ exceptions. If thats as high as you want to go then by all means get whatever you'd like. But if you want to oc to the max for benching and whatnot then I'd suggest getting something that can oc quads better. Plus its' not that much more and it will have better cooling
