gtx+ is better..but the 4850 is "better" because of the price....

get the 750xt by corsair....

if you plan on getting Negalem, why are you buying now? you'll have to get a new CPU, mobo, and RAM when you upgrade...so that's a lot to spend on something that will be tossed away shortly.

When I talk about building a pc I get pretty excited and don't want to wait, lol but it is prob. the best idea. I know the ram/cpu/mb don't sound like much, but i'm sure it'll be past 1200 bucks.

well $300ish for the CPU, $250-300 for the mobo, and depending on how much RAM drops...i say it'll be around $200 at least.

Yeah.. guess the cpu is gonna be that cheap, 284 is expected for the 2.66 bloomfield.

the low end chip will be at a price of $284..so it'll probably be around $300ish to buy it

hmm well i'll prob buy the 2.93, so far away, week 44 isn't that in October? i'm sure it is going to be worth it.

i think the cheap one will be enough, it's already faster than the QX9770

we'll see, sounds like the next generation is going to promote overclocking so we'll see what we can do with the lower end one, and if it's even worth upgrading.. if that makes sense.
