You need to install the drivers for your sound card.

If you don't which driver you need tell us your motherboard make and model and we'll give you the right ones. If it's a dedicated sound card just look on that site for the drivers.

Hello,

Is this a prebuitl system? If so you can go to the manufacturer's website and search for your make and model and get the drivers that way. If not then use CPUz to get the mother board make and model.

What make and model is the PC? It cant be Intel as they dont make PC's just mother boards and processors. So is ti a dell or HP or what?

how do i find my model pc? i looked in the back and it said HP Pavilion 700 and it has serial number and a few differnt numbers.

Hello,

Do you have the SKU number? HP Pavilion 700 has over 300 items. So unless you can get the specific model number that wont be of much help.

Try searching thru the HP site by your sku or serial number.

That will get you the appropiate driver download page. Then just search for audio.
