Well I know that I need a new video card so....In the Radeon or nvidia Series what is the highest card I can get? ex 9200,FX5200...etc;..

ati is the x800xt.
nvidia i think is the 6850 or thereabouts.

but it doesn't make sense having a top of the line gfx card with a low end pc. your gaming isn't going to be much better.

Yeah... these days if you have anything under 2GHz you should probably upgrade. Yes the major needs some serious upgrading. lol

I would say before you upgrade you vid card get an AMD Athlon XP 2500 to 3000, and get 512 MB of RAM.

THEN if you wanted the best card xotix is right on.

well on the site it says 2ghz and 256mb of ram.

but system specs are not always honest. do like legion said. amd athlon XP 2500 - 3000, and get 512 mb of ram and a nice video card and you good to gizzle.
