4-Pin fan on 3-Pin header

Hi

I wanna buy a system fans for my PC case and I was wondering if motherboard will be able to control fan speed then 4-Pin fans will be connected on 3-Pin header? There is the fans I want to buy:

Nexus |120MM PWM Controlled Real Silent Case Fan | from 15.5 dB(A)

My motherboard is GIGABYTE EP35-DS3

You would need a couple of these:
4-pin Molex to 3-Pin Female Socket Cable Adapter Sleeved [4FAN3PIN] : Performance-PCs.com, ... sleeve it and they will come

And if it's connected to the motherboard you can only monitor the speed the fan is going. To control it you would need a fan controler.

Is it necessary to have these Molex adapters? I don't think I can find these in my country.

if you want to connect it to the header, yes. Unless that fans comes w/ a 4pin molex and 3 pin header. Check out scythe fans

But if I connect 4 pin into 3 pin like in there:

If motherboard will be able to change rpms of fans connected like that (without 4-pin to 3-pin adapter) ?

p.s. Can I use this adapter?

Xilence PWM adapter and Y cable, black. With the Xilence adapter and Y cable it is possible to connect two fans with 4Pin PWM connector to one single PWM fan port or alternatively to a single 3Pin port.

Yup, that would work.

But I have read a post, that says if U connect 4-pin with adapter like that into 3-pin it wouldn't work as PWM device?
