hans g 191w white screen of death?

hey all my monitor just has a white screen tried 2 different comp still white screen of death?
been working great for 2 years any ideas?

Only thing I can think of is to try a different cable if you haven't already.

Hello,

Other than trying a different cable i would try a different monitor as well. Sounds to me like this one is fried.

Also have you checked the Contrast and Brightness? Made sure they are both not up all the way?

thanks all called support and 1- got a real person withing 45 seconds
2- got rma number withing 5 minutes of placing call

im impressed even if still not covered by good service so hard to find these days
