i think that VID is actually pretty high, isnt it? my 6600 was 1.3 and it wouldn't clock for **** and man was it hot.
you have water, though, that will make a BIG difference.
my new air cooler seems to be pretty awesome, im getting about same temps as you on my chip with current oc (see sig). i have less volts obviously lol but it is air...pretty good. its giving me quite a bit of headroom it seems. i have another .15 (1.36~something)volt before i even reach the "intel specified (lol)" max voltage.

No that VID isnt that high its the second lowest ive seen, its the same as mine but sadly i cant get higher than 3.7ghz (probly my mobo vdroop >.1v)
