Are the 4870 and 260 GTX currently overpriced?

With Nehalem in September, and a $75 sale of my 8800GTS lined up for September 1st, should I wait to see what happens with the GPU market before buying a new card?

I'm also buying my cousin's E6750 for $80, is this a bad move?

Revisions for GTX 260 and 280 are probably going to be released like they were for the 8800gts last year.
