Computer problem

It seems like when i open new windows, drag them, or minimize they move slowly pixel by pixel like lag. I don't have any viruses since i just reformatted, and i downloaded the latest driver for my graphic card. My computer has been running very slowly then usual.

What can be going wrong?

This is usually caused by incorrect or outdated GFX Drivers.

Well since you said you downloaded the latest drivers, what graphics card are you using and what OS is this on?
