First of all thanks for clarifying. The Corsiar 750 watt was only going to save me $30 so I went with the 1000 watt. My problem with Intel is that first of all their stock cpu fan and heatsink suck and don't even cool to their specs without overclocking. Second is that they are way too expensive.

Actually the E7200 is faster than phenom tri core processors that are significantly more expensive. My E2180 idled at 35c at stock speeds with the stock cooler and load was 57c which is well within the thermal limits
 
My e7200 runs just fine and it is overclocked. I get 44c Max at load and about 40-41C normal. Take note this is also in a house with no A/C so I am blowing 80 degree air back into the case. It runs like a champ and creams everything I throw at it.
