Can anyone help me with a budget build of 400$ without a monitor?

And with this price will I be able to run WoW and Diablo 3 when it comes out?

I want to be able to run WoW Decently on Mid settings or so.

Thanks guys :)

I didnt forget a cpu cooler, its a dam Pentium Dual Core... lol. Stock is more than enough.

Well i cant just wave a magic wand, i mean, youve got a Pentium Dual core 2.2, you dont really want to go lower than that, i got you the cheapest GPU that you will not be sad and depressed about in a months time, the cheapest good quality PSU, the cheapest CoolerMaster case etc etc. If you really want it lower you can halve the video card to a 8600 and get a 2ghz or less Pentium Dual Core, but in the long run, its better if you shell out the $50 and get something around the one i suggested....

But i suppose if that all you can afford. Swap for the following:

Newegg.com - Intel Pentium E2180 Allendale 2.0GHz 1MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors (Saves you $10.)
Newegg.com - Leadtek PX8600GT TDH 512MB GeForce 8600 GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards (Saves you $20.)

Cant make that much cheaper unless someone with more knowledge about Mobo's helps out.
Hope i helped anyway.
