WOW wish i had the money for a sweet workshop like that, my dad has a lot of tools and stuff but its all old and worn out so it makes it diffcult to use (could really use one of those knockout punches to replace my 120mm hole saw that seems to cut 125mm holes...)

Thank you!, Yes, but they're around $600 for everything you need. I write it off as a business expense.

Heres the scale of the 250mm grill on the side panel

That 120 greenlee punch is the greatest tool ever, I've had my eye out for one on ebay and local tool auctions for over a year now...still nothing within budget :p

Absolutely, they will apprear on/off on ebay..keep your eyes peeled

1 of 2 Machined 3/16" thick 120mm Dragon grills arrived from Anodizer yesterday

After blowing off the chassis of any remaining blasting media, we clean the surface with a Tack cloth.

The final coat is House of Kolor Pearl

After HoK Pearl, Brad applies the clearcoat.

After the clear is applied, the color and pearl really pops!

I'll be posting a video of explaining each step of painting the chassis this week

250mm laser cut fan grill is finished, 14 gauge steel.

fyi: props to slaymate for redrawing the file for me!

I'm playing around with some different ideas I have for mounting it. Elevated looks cool, because it creates a shadow
