you'll have to increase the voltage to hit 3.6. You should be able to hit 3.0~3.2 on stock voltage. Start with 3.0, test it for 6 hours, and if it doesn't crash then pump it up to 3.2 and see how it fares. Also you shouldn't really increase the voltage much (if any) on the stock hsf. Only because the stock heatsink is designed to cool at the stock settings, not overclocked at all.
 
Thanks any recommendend aftermarket heatsink thats good and not to big because I have a 9800 GX2 in my case.

Also If I plan to run my fsb at 333MHz. Should i make my ram go down to DDR2-667MHz for the 1:1 ratio thing (dunno much about it someone enlighten me please) Thanks.
