Thank you so much, and my graphics card's interface is PCI express 2.0 x16, does my mobo have to say PCI Express 2.0 x16 or can it just be a PCI Express x16? also this is offtopic but, is there a post restriction on signature?

Go with aspires/vernong's build. 2x 4870 will give you tons more performance then a 9800gx2. Or if it's too much 2x 4850 is still amazing for the price, easily beating a single 9800gx2.

thats a minimum of 360 dollars, spending that much i could just get a GTX 260

^^ Yeah but a gtx 260 is allot slower than two HD 4850's.
