I believe thats what I need to turn on for me to switch the Voltage and whatnot.

BTW I turned off EIST and CIE and my VId is: 1.312
With my highest temps (currently overclocked at 2.8)

Cpu 29

(they are preety much the same when I dint overclocked.)

My question is, How far can I go? and how do enable open case?

wth is open case?

if your voltages are locked, you either need to enable advanced settings or you have a bios that doesn't allow voltage changes... ?

Just, no...

Lol :D

Open case is probably referring to an Alarm or Alert that will message any time the computer is turned on with the case open. You adjust voltages basically in the same section of the BIOS that you adjusted the FSB. The are usually all together in the same neat little place. Look for FSB Voltage and Vcore or something similar and you will probably have to change Vcore from "Auto" to something closer to 1.4v

You have a rather high VID I think for a Q6600, but I could be thinking in comparison to my Q9450 which has a 1.21 VID.
