look At Some Prices On Newegg.

You Could Probably Drop The Power Supply To The 520/650 Model And I Am Sure Using Newegg You Could Save A Few Hundred.

Also Don't Get The Q9450, It Has A Fsb Hole And Isn't The Best Overclocker.

Just Go With Either A Q6600/q6700

i didnt realize this was an Australian build. thats actually a decent price then. you might be able to save a lil if you make it urself tho. which i rec. because its a good experience for u. at least its got a x48 mobo so should get you a decent overclock with the q9450, but not great because the multi.
