A Hard Drive Question

When I upgraded my computer, I bought a new motherboard and cpu, among other things. I used my old hard drive from my old computer. I think that I would still need to install windows if I take that old hard drive and put it back into the computer it was in before. Is that true?

Yeah because you changed major components as the mobo and cpu so you will need a fresh reinstall. Since the windows you have in that harddrive wont recognize the new hardware that's what happened to me.Anyone please correct me if i'm wrong.

Bah...so bogus...considering I had windows, then bought it. Now, if I want to be completely legal, I have to buy it again.

You can still install it again unless its OEM Windows XP

I suppose I will ask another question here. Does anyone know of a good wireless adapter for gaming? A usb interface is preferred.

Belkin wireless G mimo if your router supports mimo, i would recomend a N specification router for gaming though.

Do have any in mind. Perhaps a link to a good one? I am not sure if the network will support mimo.
