just a sugestion...i would get a 256mb card if you could fin one...and are you sure you can't aford a 9800 pro. i think they are only like 230 bucks...also, like i said you don't NEED a sound card just yet...you can use the onboard sound for a little. only really get what you need then you can always add or upgrade later.

Alright, I'll hold off on the sound card, and I'll see if I can find 256mb vid. or if possibly I can find a 9800 or pro.

that is a good card, even though it is only 128mb the chipset is better then the 9600, that one will do untill you need to upgrade and it will play the latest games i belive...what would be cool is if you got an msi mobo but do what ever you want, that is a good card.

if i were you now...i would up grade to some better memory...the cas latency on the stick you have is a little high, unless you plan on ocing your creation.
